Camping

General Camping

  • Campsites are first come first serve.
  • Each person camping must have the appropriate wristband for a weekend pass that includes camping.
  • Children 12 and under can camp for free with a paid adult and do not need a wristband.
  • Vehicles may be parked no further than five feet off the roadway.
  • Absolutely no ground fires! Fires are prohibited, including fires at designated campfire circles. Propane camp stoves are permitted.
  • Campers may use the bathhouse, which includes flush toilets, hot showers and sinks.
  • There are wild animals in the area. Keep food protected overnight and respect the forest.
  • Campers must park only in the camping zone and not the main festival parking area.
  • Please keep your campsite clean and pack out your own trash. Trash dumpsters will be provided.
  • Security will be present at all times for your safety. Firearms, weapons or violence of any kind will not be tolerated.
  • The first aid station is located in the lower level of the dining hall (to the right of the tent, as you’re facing the stage). Staff are available to help with minor first aid needs while the main stage is operating. After hours, please find a security officer or dial 911 if you are in need of immediate medical attention.

Premium Camping

  • Premium Tent Camping sites are closest to the festival stage. 
  • Each campsite is approximately 10 feet by 10 feet in size 
  •  There is room for one tent plus a shade tent or table and chairs.  
  • Campers will unload near their site, and will then be directed to premium camping parking. 
  • These Premium Tent Camping sites are located directly across from Inglis Hall, allowing access to indoor bathrooms with running water and also direct access to late-night performances. 
  • There are a limited number of Premium Tent Camping sites available.  Each camper (age 13 or older) staying at your reserved site must separately purchase a 3-day festival pass with camping ticket. 
  • The Premium Tent Camping Upgrade Ticket is purchased per tent, not per person.

RV Camping

  • This ticket reserves one RV parking spot for you in the Premium Camping area. 
  • Your reserved space will be indicated by a sign with your last name on it Volunteers will be onsite to assist you in finding your space, but are unable to assist you in parking your rig. 
  • These RV sites are on a level area that adjoins the northwest edge of the festival meadow. 
  • There are no RV hookups at MeadowGrass
  • Each site has designated outdoor space next to your camper to set up a shade tent or table and chairs. These Premium RV sites are adjacent to Inglis Hall, making them convenient for attending late night performances.
  • Premium RV Camping has outside access to the bathrooms in Inglis Hall 24 hours a day. 
  • This RV ticket upgrade must accompany the 3-day festival pass with camping ticket.
