Sound Bath in Taylor Chapel
Help us welcome Philip and Heather to the MeadowGrass family. Join them for a centered start to your day. A sound bath is a meditative experience in which participants are “bathed” in sound waves and vibration. The primary instruments used during the session are gongs and singing bowls. Each participant will naturally begin to entrain with the sounds swirling around them. This allows the mind to naturally sync with the sounds, their brainwaves begin to slow, allowing a path to homeostasis. Benefits include reductions in stress and anxiety. $10 suggested donation.
