Becoming a Vendor
One thing that makes MeadowGrass so memorable is our outstanding variety of vendors. Each year we have the privilege of hosting talented businesses from food trucks to merchandise must-haves!
Merchandise Vending
No structure is provided; space measures 10’x10′. This is not a juried show, but we do look for high-quality merchandise and not “flea market” type goods. We do make an effort to ensure there is little or no duplication of merchandise, however we cannot guarantee exclusivity. You may not sell any music CDs or unlicensed festival merchandise. You may also not sell any items that include potentially copyrighted material. Past vendors in good standing have first priority. After that new vendors will be added provided their goods do not duplicate those of existing vendors.
Food Vending
Openings are infrequent and are filled with a vendor from the waiting list that will complement and not duplicate the existing food selection. Please email us prior to submitting your application if you have never been a food vendor at this festival. Mobile, self-contained units are preferred as no structure is provided. We have limited space for trucks, so the ability to operate from a tent is preferred. All vendors must have a current retail food license from the State of Colorado and the El Paso County Health Department.
