Your $25 ticket will get you a BBQ dinner (vegan option available), a branded glass, one beverage of your choice (beer, wine and soft drinks) and the show, in an intimate setting with a fantastic view of Pikes Peak! Additional drinks will also be available for purchase. Proceeds benefit Rocky Mountain Highway. Seating for dinner begins at 6 p.m. with two sets of music starting at 7 p.m. Only 50 tickets are available! Songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Roy Schneider has been touring and performing full-time with musical partner Kim Mayfield since 2008, sharing his “Blue-Twangled Folk & Roll” across America, the U.K., and parts of Europe. Roy's last two CD releases were entirely fan funded and have received generous airplay on Americana, Folk and Pandora radio. Notable performance venues include 30A Songwriters Festival, Kerrville NewFolk, Falcon Ridge Emerging Artist, Nashville's Bluebird Cafe, Yorkshire England's MadFest and NBC's "The Voice." Roy is also a gifted accompanist and has performed onstage with John McEuen, Tom Paxton, and Joe Craven, among others. "Roy Schneider is a singer-songwriter in the grandest tradition of Steve Earle, Lucinda Williams, Guy Clark, and Lyle Lovett, but his voice, songwriting skill, stagecraft, and instrumental talent are all his own. Together, the result is like a vibrant jubilee singing out on the banks of the Mississippi River. His gift for blending Southern-influenced folk, blues, country, and rock into a seamless genre with his own signature sound demonstrates his connection to the best in the tradition of fine wake-me-up and kick-me-in-the-ass roots music." - No Depression [less-]
