Peter Mulvey, Feb. 23
While you wait for MeadowGrass to get here, don’t forget that there are plenty of places around town to see live music. Our friends at Stargazers are putting together some great offerings for the Spring. Front Range Barbecue is always a good time with great food. Black Rose Acoustic Society has a wonderful band every two weeks!
Of course, there’s our very own Friends House Concerts. Peter Mulvey, master of storytelling through song, is also an accomplished instrumentalist. Click the photo link below to preview Black Rabbit. He’s been writing and playing for years, yet his music never becomes stale.

Another way to get involved: Volunteer at MGX!
We rely upon over 100 people before, during and after MeadowGrass to bring this festival together. Many of them put time in year-round. As you can imagine, it’s a monumental task to match volunteers with the calendar of what the festival needs. We ask for a commitment by Sunday, April 1. Fill out the form on our Volunteer Page (link below) and submit your information. You should receive an email confirmation directly thereafter.
- Three four-hour shifts earns you a three-day pass that includes camping!
- Two four-hour shifts earns you a three-day pass (no camping).
- One four-hour shift earns you admission on the day you volunteer.
If you’ve thought about getting involved, but never gotten around to it in the past, now is your year!
