Americana Music & Whole Foods!
Folks we still have tickets available for the inaugural Whole Foods Cafe Concert featuring The Reckless Saints tonight – and now we are offering a $10 ticket for just the show.
Only 50 tickets are available for this concert n an intimate setting with a fantastic view of Pikes Peak! Proceeds benefit Rocky Mountain Highway. Seating for dinner begins at 6 pm with two sets of music starting at 7 pm. If you opt for the $10 ticket you can bring items purchased at Whole Foods to the concert and you will still be able to purchase beer and wine by the glass. Of course, we think that the $25 ticket is the better value – including the BBQ dinner (vegan option available), souvenir glass, complimentary drink AND the show – but the choice is yours!
Roy Schneider and Kim Mayfield (aka The Reckless Saints) are great musicians from Florida with five full-length albums of original material to their credit. Roy is an award-winning songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who has performed all over the United States, Great Britain and parts of Europe since ending his nationally-syndicated comic strip “The Humble Stumble” in 2008. Reviewers have compared his down-home Americana sound to some of his musical heroes including Levon Helm, Willis Alan Ramsey, Lowell George, Darrell Scott and others. Roy has thrice been a finalist in the Kerrville Folk Festival‘s prestigious New Folk competition.
OH AND DID WE MENTION THAT IT’S A FULL MOON TONIGHT????
