Thank you for your support of Rocky Mountain Highway and MeadowGrass. Tickets for the Seventh Annual MeadowGrass Music Festival, which will be held Memorial Day weekend (May 22-24, 2015) at La Foret Conference and Retreat Center in Black Forest, will go on sale on Saturday, January 31, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. MST.  We will begin announcing the talent lineup for this year’s festival in mid-February.  Purchase 2015 MeadowGrass tickets here.

In order to protect the natural setting and ecology of La Foret, on-site parking and camping will be extremely limited this year. Here’s how the system will work in 2015:

We have changed the ticketing system due to our commitment to protect the meadow and forest resources at this beautiful property. We have also simplified the system to make it easier to navigate the ticketing process. Our first and foremost priority is to ensure the quality of the festival experience for you, our audience.

Kids 12 and under are still admitted to the festival free with a paid adult festival pass. However, at check-out you will be asked to let us know how many children 12 and under you are bringing to the festival so that we can plan accordingly.  All persons 13 and over must present a valid festival pass to enter the festival grounds.

You have five options for purchasing festival tickets:

  • Weekend festival passes that include camping;
  • Weekend festival passes that do not include camping;
  • Friday day passes;
  • Saturday day passes;
  • Sunday day passes.

Weekend festival passes with camping included. Currently 250 of these passes are available. Each one admits one person to the festival and ensures them a place to camp. If these sell out, an additional 125 may become available.  The first 125 weekend festival passes with camping will cost $109.00 per person plus service charges.  The second 125 weekend festival passes with camping will cost $119.00 per person plus service charges.  There are no additional charges related to camping, and there will be no extra cost for workshops or late night shows.

Weekend passes without camping are available for a cost of $79 per person, plus service charges.  These passes do not allow you to remain at La Foret overnight; you must leave the property after the main stage closes each night and return the following day to the festival.  Day passes for Friday and Sunday currently cost $32.50 plus service charges.  Day passes for Saturday currently cost $37.50 plus service charges.  We guarantee that the passes offered for sale now are available at the lowest price that will be available this season.  Prices are subject to increase on March 1, 2015.

Each vehicle entering La Foret must present a valid vehicle pass.  The number of parking passes is extremely limited.  La Foret is on the historic register and is a pristine wild area that deserves our respect. Wherever possible we encourage you to carpool or find a rideshare to lessen our footprint on the property. MeadowGrass will soon be registered with to connect people looking for rides with people with extra space in their vehicles.  A full weekend parking pass will cost $25 plus service fees.  Single day parking passes cost $10 per day, plus service fees.  You must purchase a weekend festival pass to purchase a full weekend parking pass.  Alternatively you can select a remote weekend parking pass that will be serviced by a shuttle system and will be free of charge. If you do not select an on-site parking pass or a remote parking pass, you will not be able to park in the MeadowGrass lots near the festival. Purchase MeadowGrass 2015 parking pass here.

We also anticipate offering VIP packages that will include preferred parking, access to private flush washrooms, and festival hospitality benefits.

Five RV spots without hookups will be offered at a later date. Watch for details.

Thank you for your attention to these changes and please click on the ticket link at to learn more. We expect that the available camping and parking passes will sell out quickly, so we encourage you to purchase them soon. We are hard at work on the lineup and expect the Seventh Annual MeadowGrass Music Festival to be the best yet!
